Capita announces exclusive partnership with ICSA Software
Secure application gives senior executives easy access to electronic board papers
We are pleased to announce our exclusive partnership with ICSA Software, the software company of The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, to provide BoardPad 2, an ‘app’ that gives senior executives and directors secure access to board papers on their iPads.
The 'app' also enables the user to annotate documents, securely distribute sensitive information and upload edits at the touch of a button.
