Ross Hignett
Business Development Manager
Ross has worked with Capita Membership Services for almost a year as a Client Relationship Manager looking after 30 NHS clients across the UK. Gaining knowledge and experience over the past year has given Ross the ability to build stronger relationships with existing and new clients.
Ross has worked in major blue chip companies including Royal Bank of Scotland, Thomson Directories and Computershare over the past 10 years and has a wealth of business experience in Marketing, PR and Business Development.
Prior to joining Capita, Ross gained extensive experience with the NHS after spending several years working closely with Primary Care Trusts across the country on ‘World Class Commissioning’ and Public and Patient Involvement plans.
Ross gained his CIM Diploma in Marketing whilst working with Thomson Directories.
