Client Relationship Manager

Sarah McKenna has worked as a Relationship Manager on the NHS Membership Services team in Bristol since October 2007.  She has a wealth of experience in account management and member engagement.  

Sarah currently manages a large portfolio of clients, dealing with all aspects of project management, member communication, member recruitment and register management.   

Prior to joining the team, Sarah was an account manager at a marketing and communications firm in Bristol and also in Brisbane, Australia, and she was a marketing executive for Yellow Pages for five years before that.   Sarah gained her BA from Exeter University, studying English Literature and Media Studies.
