Dan joined the Capita Membership Services team in August 2009 as an experienced Operations Manger with a background in data analysis, insurance and FSA compliance.

Since joining Capita Dan has streamlined the Operations Team's processes to improve the level of service they provide. Through communication with Regional managers and NHS Trusts Dan and his team have created tools which help to identify inconsistencies with our clients and promote a uniformed approach to membership services.

As the Operations Team is at the heart of everything Capita Membership Services offers, from re-setting passwords to membership analysis, Dan is dedicated to ensuring that all clients receive a top class service.
