Capita Membership Services launches Re-Member to the NHS

Re-Member, a member reunification programme for reducing the number of Gone Away members.

Capita Membership Services is proud to announce the release of Re-Member, a reunification programme that allows Trusts to reunite with members who have been identified as Gone Away but still living within their catchment area.  Re-Member is a valuable tool to use in conjunction with register cleanses; enabling Trusts to be sure that there are no unnecessary reductions in their membership numbers.

Working with Sherwood Forest Hospitals, Capita was able to reunite 99.6% of their Gone Away members who were still eligible to be a member of the Trust.  For more information about our success, click here to read the Case Study.
