FTN Master Membership Event
Capita Membership Services sponsored the FTN Master Membership event on Friday the 9th of July, where we shared database best practices and discussed the current issues facing the NHS.
On Friday the 9th of July Capita Membership Services attended the FTN Master Membership event held in London. Over 110 Membership Managers, Communications Leads, Company Secretaries and FT Project Leads from around the country gathered to discuss the key issues facing membership. We would like to say a big thank you to everyone who visited us on our stand and to everyone who attended our Master Class Session.
Our Managing Director, Chris Phillips and Business Development Manager, Ross Hignett, hosted one of the Master Class Sessions – ‘Using your database effectively’. Chris and Ross took their group through the key issues surrounding membership and dealt with a range of questions about the best way to recruit members as well as how to use mapping tools to better understand their catchment area.
