Capita Membership Services is the leading NHS membership provider and delivers membership database, recruitment, engagement and consultancy services for over 80 NHS Trusts and manage the records approximately 700,000 members.
We have the industry’s most experienced membership team who have a combined experience of over 18 years working with NHS Foundation Trusts, starting with the very first Foundation Trusts authorised during Wave 1.
We are highly regarded within the NHS, both as a provider of membership services and for our strategic expertise. As a thought leader in NHS membership strategy, we are frequently asked to present at membership events, including Membership Development sessions with the board of Directors and Governors. We also have a close working relationship with Monitor and the Department of Health; on whose behalf we presented to all the Strategic Health Authorities, advising them on best practice and the pitfalls in membership.
We are a part of the Capita Health division which currently runs NHS Choices as well as provides services to over 70% of NHS organisations. These services include benchmarking, healthcare intelligence and quality improvement solutions through CHKS, staff surveys, consultancy services and HR, payroll and IT support. We have extensive knowledge of the NHS and the issues faced by healthcare professionals throughout the sector.
