With 19 years' experience we provide public, patient and staff surveys to over 250 NHS Trusts and organisations. 

Meeting the demanding accreditation requirements of the Care Quality Commission, we provide multi-modal survey tools and are accredited to undertake patient surveys and NHS research on a range of service quality and patient care issues. We have a state of the art patient telephone call centre and surveying unit which conforms to ISO standards.
